Koha 3.0.0 Release Candidate 1, released

After a flurry of bugfixing, and updating translations, the first Release Candidate for a 3.0.0 release has been packaged up. You can read the release notes here or jump right in and download it from here. Any bugs of course can be reported at bugs.koha.org. A stable release should be following shortly.
