Yep, that is indeed gitdm. Good enough for the linux kernel, good enough for us 🙂

Actually most of unknown is @gmail.com 🙂 A good chunk of which is Galen, and then there are a bunch of others. But yep I could break down the unknown a bit more. We also have stats here http://git.koha-community.org/stats/koha-master/ which have good per author breakdowns.

And yep, translations is what accounts for those huge number of lines changed. Thats why in this post here https://blog.bigballofwax.co.nz/2010/07/01/useless-statistics/ I ignored the .po files 🙂

Is “(Unknown)” a known unknown – that is, does that mostly represent contributions from developers at libraries or unaffiliated individuals in the community? It would be interesting if that could be broken down a bit further in the future.

Also – 4 MILLION lines of code changed by you alone!? “find . -exec cat {} ; | wc -l” suggests there’s “only” 5 or 6 million lines in a koha clone; is that from continually updating translations, or code-tidying, or some combination thereof? Or are you just insanely productive? (I guess that’s not an either / or, heh).

Congrats on the 3.2.0 release candidate!
