Well im not reading this for enjoyments sake, but rather to help me try and
munge some particularly flat data into a hierachical structure.
Its a good book, approaches the topic well and provides good examples

A Fortress of Grey Ice – J V Jones
Ok so I finished Fools Errand, much faster than I thought I would. It was a
pretty good read. It sure killed time while I was waiting for laurel.
Im reading
A Fortress of Grey Ice now. Its the second in the Sword in the Shadows
series. I enjoyed the first book, so Im sure ill enjoy this.
Fools Errand – Robin Hobb
I finished the Bakers Boy today, and started on this instead. Its been a
while since ive read any Robin Hobb. It seems pretty good so far.
The Bakers Boy – J V Jones
I finished The barbed coil this morning. And im just about to start the
bakers boy tonight. I’m sure it will be a fun read
The Barbed Coil – J V Jones
Ive just started reading this one, it’s pretty good so far, and should tide
me over until I can get to the library to try and find Explorer by CJ
Cherryh which is the next in the series ive been reading.
I enjoy J V Jones too, she writes in a style I like. I seem to be
reading quite a lot of fantasy and science fiction by female authors lately.
Defender by CJ Cherryh
Well I ripped through precursor, and Im onto Defender now. Back at work now
so It should take me a bit longer to get through than the others have been
taking.
Precursor by C J Cherryh
Im on to this book now. I missed the third in the series, the library didnt
have it, but the writing is such that you dont miss too much from not having
read it.
Its got me sucked in, I really want to know how the series ends.
Invader by C J Cherryh
The sequel to foreigner, i’m really starting to enjoy this series, well
written and a clever idea.
I recommend it to all science fiction fans.
Foreigner – C J Cherryh
This is what I’m reading now, a slight change of pace from Pratchett. But
still not requiring too much processing. Its a good evening chewing gum for
the brain type novel.
Ill read anything that isnt about MARC at this point.
Guards! Guards!
Im rereading this classic Terry Pratchett book again at the moment.
I think it’s one of the most rereadable novels I have ever read. I think it
and Interesting Times are my two favourite Pratchett books.
