I was complaining to Joshua about how MARC is mental today. And he pointed
me at http://www.loc.gov/marc/umb/.
Which seems to be a pretty good explanation.

The Bakers Boy – J V Jones
I finished The barbed coil this morning. And im just about to start the
bakers boy tonight. I’m sure it will be a fun read
50 First dates.
This was Ok, it was pretty formulaic, but often I don’t mind that in a comedy.
It suffered a few times with jokes that just werent funny. But for the most
part it was humourous.

The Barbed Coil – J V Jones
Ive just started reading this one, it’s pretty good so far, and should tide
me over until I can get to the library to try and find Explorer by CJ
Cherryh which is the next in the series ive been reading.
I enjoy J V Jones too, she writes in a style I like. I seem to be
reading quite a lot of fantasy and science fiction by female authors lately.
Maori TV
Well this has certainly made my evenings a bit more entertaining. I love the
sports news, Julian Wilcox has an awesome sense of humour. And the
scrummaging with Kees Meeuws was priceless.
Seems to be a hit
with others as well.
While we are gagging people.
We dont we gag Brownlee, and put him in a sack and beat him with sticks for
a few hours. It sure would make me feel better. I know I should just ignore
him, but I resent the fact that he has power of my life. And that he is either a
racist prick or an ignorant twat. Im not sure what is worse.
Here is the
latest piece of nonsense. The whole foreshore debacle is an attempt by the
Govt to stop Maori access to the court, and somehow this moron manages to
twist it.
Defender by CJ Cherryh
Well I ripped through precursor, and Im onto Defender now. Back at work now
so It should take me a bit longer to get through than the others have been
taking.
Precursor by C J Cherryh
Im on to this book now. I missed the third in the series, the library didnt
have it, but the writing is such that you dont miss too much from not having
read it.
Its got me sucked in, I really want to know how the series ends.
Well it did get a bit better
Easter turned out not as bad as it could have been, it was patchy, but it
could have been much worse I guess.
