Rangitikei District Library new site

Rangitikei district library’s new website went live today. It was a fun occasion lots of people there for the launch, including the Minister for Libraries, so that was cool.

That’s 3 public libraries using Koha in New Zealand.

Best breakfast Burrito in the World

Or at least the best in Wellington. It was pretty damn good, at Sweet Mothers Kitchen on Courtenay Place. They have a really good menu, lots to choose from, good fair trade coffee, and friendly staff. I recommend checking it out.

Im sure I didnt use to suck at pool that much

So I played perhaps the worst game of pool ever last night. I miscued the white at least 3 times, missed 4 easy shots … it was horrible. I think the game took about 7 weeks to finish.

Quiz Night and 28 week scan

So we had another scan at the 28 week mark, crayon is still being shy, so we dont know the sex yet. But all the measurements were fine so its all looking good, its gonna be healthy whatever sex it is.

And last night we won the quiz night at the Isobar again, I think we need to split up into smaller teams though, to give other teams a chance, we dont want to become that team that always wins and everyone hates.

Huge Outage

Ok, telstraclear screwed something up at 10.24pm on Monday night, which resulted in my having no internet at home until 5.08am this morning, thursday.

So thats a 54.5 hour outage, im emailing to ask for a reduction in this months bill, they will say no, but it can’t hurt to ask.
