So we registered a new domain name to stick all our stuff under so we now
have.
This site on blog.bigballofwax.co.nz.
and
Our Gallery site
Gallery site 3rd on Google
If you search on Hikoi 2004, my gallery is coming up third in Google. Which
is kinda cool, even if it means my bandwidth is getting chewed.
Argentinian Koha
Had an interesting talk with someone in Argentina using Koha today. They are
gonna do a bit of a press release soon so that oughta be good.
It just keeps growing, more people all the time which is good. I should try
and fix some more bugs this weekend
Starsky and Hutch
Gotta say, not impressed by this one. A lot of potential, but it just never
got funny. I sat there the whole time thinking its gotta get funny soon. But
it simply didnt.
I wouldnt bother every watching it again.
Hikoi to Parliament
Well the Hikoi was huge … it would be hard for the Government to ignore,
but im sure they will try. They seem to have a pretty good knack of ignoring
what people are saying at the moment. We’ll see what happens I guess.
Hikoi in town Tomorrow
Well the Hikoi arrives in wellington tomorrow. Ill be going down to tautoko,
Ill take my digital camera along as well. Hopefully a lot of people turn out
and support the cause.
I think it may be one of the defining moments in NZ’s history .. are we
going to go the way of so many other british colony’s. Denying our past,
repeating the mistakes and end up a divided mess.
Make no mistake, this is a huge issue, anyone who thinks its going to go
away is surely dreaming.
After the Orewa speech and the rising anti-maori rhetoric, its only a matter
of time till someone gets hurt.
The Guns of Navarone by Alastair Maclean
While tidying my bookshelf the other day, I came across this book, so
started reading it again. It certainly has dated, but is a good story
nonetheless.
Kill Bill Volume 2
Well, Tarantino is sick a mighty sick puppy. This film was not nearly as
violent as part 1. But it does have a lot of witty dialogue, and some quite
humourous parts. It enjoyed, and seen as part of a double feature with part
1 is definitely the way to watch it.
Along Came Polly
Well this was amusing in a formulaic Ben Stiller kinda way. It was pretty
predictable, but had some funny moments.
Its watchable.

We have a new number 1, whoever the pillock or pillocks were who rang 3 news
to complain that cars werent being ticketed. What complete arsehats.
3 News jump straight to number 2, for giving that story more air time than
the actual Hikoi.
Dail Jones jumps in at number 5 with his stupid take the bus drivel. And
taxpayers pay him for this??
Helen Clark jumps 2 places to 8 today just basically for being such a
self-righteous cow.
