I’m sure I can find a couple more today. I’m not sure what our plan is
today, Laurel is still sleeping with a bit of a sore tummy, I think shes not
used to american food/portions anymore. So I’m gonna go for a bit of a
wander around and see what I can see.
Wifi in San Francisco
Well starbucks may be the scourge of the coffee drinkers world, but they are
certainly handy for getting an internet connection. Currently i’m sitting in
a starbucks outside SFMOMA (San Francisco Museum of Modern Art) while Laurel
wanders around the Museum.
The flight over was pretty good, Laurel and I got block of 4 seats to
ourselves so that was good. And Immigration and customs were a tonne easier
and faster then Hell A X.
This morning we wandered around Chinatown which is a lot like wandering
around Shanghai. Not sure what we are doing this evening probably trying to
catch up on some sleep.
Only 1 working day left
So much to do and only one working day left to do it all. Ah well, ill just
have to do as much as I can and hope nothing top urgent crops up.
At least we seem to have everything pretty much sorted for the wedding,
things keep clicking into place and we’ve yet to have a big drama. Perhaps
we should write a book on how to organise a wedding from 14436 km’s away.
Whew!!
Well we met with the seamstress today and she had a suit that looked great
and fit me almost perfetly. Just a few alterations needed.
And the fabric for the ties looks like it will work perfecly. So thats a lot
less stress.
Picking Music for the Wedding
How hard was this? Who would have thought it would be so tricky. I think the
main thing is trying to get a good mix of stuff the nzers and americans will
know, plus some stuff for the oldies.
I think we have a reasonable selection now .. we’ll see.
Good grief there is this bright shining thing in the sky!
I think people call it the sun, I vaguely recall seeing it at some point in
the past. Lets hope it stick around a while I could get used to it.
