Russ has a really good rant about the crap TVNZ coverage of the Olympics.
How come everyone ive talked to overseas gets a nice 2 hour highlights package
each day? I mean live is cool and all, but how does that help me when I’m
asleep?

I really think they should have 2 Olympics as lots of people have jokingly
suggested. A juiced one, and a natural one.
Id watch both, the natural one to see real athletes competing. And the
juiced one on the off chance someone has taken so much performance enhancing
drugs their heart explodes.

If NZ Cricket are going to take our boxing day test away from us. How about
we try and organise a game of Kirikiti instead. Chris Noble has a fantastic photo

According to
this article on cricinfo. NZ Cricket are thinking to scrap the boxing
day test at the Basin, and replace it with an ODI at Eden Park.
Utter utter arsehats.
The Basin is always packed for the test, and has a great atmosphere, and its
not like Eden park is short of events, for crying out loud, its just a
mental idea.
